I love blue sushi restaurants because they have such an extensive vegetarian/vegan sushi menu with a ton of creative options. We visited the restaurant over the weekend for a takeout order and what immediately stood out was how popular the restaurant was. We ended up getting 4 or 5 different vegetarian sushi options along with the tofu lettuce wrap. We were a little underwhelmed by the sushi (probably because we had such amazing experiences dining in in the past) but loved the tofu lettuce wrap. For parking, there's a parking garage attached to the building. You initially have to register and pay through your phone but you can get your parking validated with a QR code at Blue Sushi for anything under 2 hours.

Definitely will be back, especially for the miso soup alone! Probably the best I've ever had so much flavor and I loved the addition of mushrooms. Victor was our bartender and he did not disappoint with the recommendations. The drinks were delicious and refreshing. My only regret is not ordering more food because everything was so tasty.

Went to this place for Father's Day with my son and it was good experience. Worked out because they have happy hour all day on Sundays. I got a marg and the Tidal Wave role. The marg was very good for the price and the role was very good as well. I wanted to order another round but my little boy was getting a little anxious and wanted to go so I left it at one roll. Very clean and nice on the inside and my server was very nice and accommodating. Check em out.

Sunday all day happy hour is the best Bluetinis are so good! Sushi is always fresh and they have the best selection of raw and cooked rolls.

We had a really great dining experience for our 9th anniversary. Started with the crab Rangoon which we both really enjoyed. It was paired with a red sauce that was pretty tasty. I had the Hawaiian roll and thought it was extremely good. It was paired with what tasted like a mango sauce and I really enjoyed it. I shared a piece with my Hubs and he enjoyed it as well. I tried a few pieces of his tidal wave roll and had instant food regrets. It was AMAZING. I will definitely order one for myself next time. I Thanks for a great time!

FOOD - Truffle Salmon - The salmon was fresh and torched. There were wasabi sprouts on top and drizzled with both hot sesame oil and truffle ponzu sauce. The dish looks amazing and also tastes so good. The sauce had this zesty flavor that went super well with the char/flamed taste. - Itchy Salmon - Also super good with charred flavor. The dish is spicy crab meat topped with salmon, cilantro, pepper, and sauce. The spicy crab mix is so creamy and it melts in your mouth. - Godzilla Bomb Roll - Tempura Blue Kani, Bigeye tuna, and yellowtail with also pepper and togarashi. The roll was crunchy on the bottom and very spicy on the top. It was also super creamy and yummy. On a side note, the ginger is a lot fresher. It's not as marinated as other places but that gives it a fresh essence. They also have thicker cuts of ginger. Overall, the fish and ingredients are all super high quality with great flavor. On the more expensive side but you are definitely getting your money's worth. VIBES The vibe is more upscale casual. There were a lot of couples there. My friend and I came at around 3:50 PM and it was not that crowded. They have two sides of seating, bar seating, and also patio seating. Decorations were so pretty with a bunch of lanterns and more modernized traditional Japanese look. The chopsticks were also really nice. SERVICE Service was great! The guy gave us amazing recommendations, was patient with us and checked on us a lot.

Ayyyyyyyo!! Who knew Dallas had top tier sushi??? Coming from California, I was a bit skeptical how fresh the sushi would be and the quality/taste of the rolls, however Blue Sushi Sake Grill really impressed me. I'm thoroughly surprised and upset they aren't located in the Bay Area now! The spicy edamame was 10/10!! All of the sushi rolls were exceptional and really were well-thought out and crafted well flavor profile-wise. There was a certain "char" aspect that made everything more special and extra tasty! Service was great and attentive. Ambiance was clean and dimly lit. Perfect for a casual lunch, special dinner or date night. Highly recommend the "itchy salmon nigiri", spicy edamame and the tetaki maki roll pictured! They even have vegan rolls, which is perfect for my vegetarian cousin! 10/10 yall, highly recommend!

This is our go to place when my wife and I are craving makis. They serve both basic rolls and specialty. I haven't had the basic/classic ones so can't attest to those, however, I can undoubtedly vouch for the specialty ones. Here's what we got this time around ranked in order of preference: - Spicy gringo - this was an interesting one because it was slightly tangy, thanks to the bbq paper- I know, pretty interesting. My family wasn't a big fan of this one. - Godzilla - top 3 for everyone in our party. - Tidal wave - beware: it's got shrimp tempura and cream cheese, but don't let that deter you. It's solid! - Green eggs and Hama - good, but was made differently than the times we've had in the past. - Lion king - not bad, just a tad creamy. Was top 3 for others in party. - Spanish fly - also not bad, it just has a generous amount of cilantro. - Beach - none of us liked this one. It was also weird because it had a carrot in there that was unexpected. Aside from the rolls we got truffle salmon and mango crab Rangoon for the apps. We usually get the yellow tail - which is solid - but went for the truffle salmon instead this time and weren't disappointed. It was 5 pieces of deliciousness. The latter is your basic crab rangoon just on top of mango drizzle. Service was prompt and server was kind. Parking: we parked in the garage. DO NOT PAY FOR PARKING. Scan the parking QR code inside restaurant for free 2 hour parking.

Met a friend here for Lunch, I was famished. I was immediately greeted by a very pleasant young man behind the counter. He informed me when I asked, Did I park in the correct parking garage behind the building? Cause Texas will have your whip towed in a jiffy. He replied, Yes. He also informed me of the validation QR Kiosk that I could use for a 2 hour free complimentary parking as well. Once we got to our seats Luis was there greeting us. He explained what Edamame's were to us. Luis was very polite, attentive, polite, friendly, on point, swift, only thing that was delayed was the non-alcoholic beverage I'd ordered it wasn't a good as I'd expected it to be. Luis was kind enough to remove it from our table. The Sushi was delicious. I'll definitely recommend, and return again. 10/10
